Registration and Cancellation Policy
All registrations must be received through the training website or directly with the Training Coordinator. Change of attendee can be requested up to 3 business days prior to the course start date. We will accept a course cancellation with a full refund to a minimum of 10 days prior to the course start date. Cancellations within 10 days prior to the course start date will require full payment that will result in a course credit to be used within 6 months. If a student requires to change dates for an already purchased course, a date change can be requested up to 3 times. Any required changes or cancellations must be communicated with the Training Coordinator to be implemented.
